Revival is accepting new patients on referral in each of our office locations in Elkin, Mt. Airy, and North Wilkesboro, North Carolina. 

• If you are experiencing prolonged and/or chronic pain and are in need of a comprehensive plan to manage and reduce your pain, Revival Pain Management is accepting new patients on referral. Consult with your doctor to see if Revival is the right solution for you.

• If you are struggling with an addiction to opiates, recreational drugs, or pain medications, Revival is here to help. If you do not have a primary physician, please contact us at your preferred location below, and we will work with you to get the help you need. Revival is not a detox center, but can assist in creating a comprehensive plan to help you become independent from addictive substances.

• If you are experiencing anxiety, stress, or depression and are contemplating suicide, please call the suicide prevention hotline immediately at 1-800-273-8255. If you would like to seek counseling for pain or mental anguish, we would be happy to help you find the bests options for your situation.
